Yahsharala: Constitution Of Yahsharala



The Constitution of Yahsharala is the supreme law of Yahsharala. It is composed of 613 articles in fifteen sections, and within it the leadership arrangement of the country is determined and the human rights of its citizens are preserved. No person/s, group of people, elected officials, or entity may change this Constitution without the express consent of our King Yeshua Ha Mashiach upon his return.

Section XV.


Defines several human rights (including disallowing torture, forced labor, and the terms of the death penalty, requiring a trial for anybody accused of a crime, and freedom of speech or the limits therein). It also says that Yahsharala shall provide every effort in that every Israelite in good standing has a right to health care, education, home, and food. It says that matters according to taxes of other nations/peoples are regulated by law, and municipalities may manage their own affairs in accordance to the law. Finally, it gives provisions for setting Israelite as the Nationality/Heritage of it citizens within Yahsharala's borders and beyond forever and prohibits any other ideology/belief/religion/or doctrine contrary to the Bible.
